入稿済み原稿の訂正について
revision after submission

入稿済み原稿を訂正・再入稿する場合は、入稿と同じ手順で差し替え原稿を入稿してください。
その際、備考欄に「再入稿」や「原稿差し替え」など、ひと言ご記入ください。
再入稿での弊社への連絡は不要です。
For revising the submitted manuscript, you can submit revised manuscript by the same procedure.
When you upload revised manuscript, please write a message in the comment box.

Microsoft Wordをご利用の方
For MS-Word users

ワードのファイル（.docxまたは.doc）とPDFを入稿してください。
PDFのみの入稿ですと、フォントの埋め込みなど不具合があった場合に対応できません。
WordでPDFを作成する場合、「PDF作成簡易マニュアル」もご参照ください。
PDFとWordのファイル、場合によっては原稿に使用した画像なども一緒にご入稿頂ければ、再入稿をお願いすることが減ります。

Both PDF and MS-Word files shouled be submitted for fixing font errors in PDF.
How to convert MS-Word to PDF is shown in "simple manual for converting MS-Word to PDF (in Japanese)".
If you upload original image files, editors can revise your manuscript in the case of some errors.

macOSでPDFを作成すると、Acrobatの有無に関わらずMS P明朝・MS Pゴシックの埋め込みに問題が発生します。それでもMS P明朝・MS Pゴシックの利用を希望される場合は元のワードファイルを必ず入稿してください。

Word以外のアプリケーション
For other application users

PDFと共に、そのアプリケーションで作成したデータも入稿してください。
入稿するPDFは下記の点に留意してください

• フォントが埋め込まれていること（Acrobatを適切な設定で利用）
• 図や写真などが高解像度であること

本文は明朝系を、表題・章・節等はゴシック系のフォントを使ってください。
詳細は cssj_template.pdf をダウンロードしてご一読ください。

Original file also should be submitted with PDF file.
Note followings.

• Insert Fonts
• Using high resolution images

Using gothic fonts for titles.
Reffer the template file.

TEXによる原稿作成・入稿について

TEXをご利用の場合、必ずPDFを入稿してください。
PDFへのフォント埋め込みなどに不安のある場合は、TEXファイル本体・スタイルファイル・画像ファイルなどコンパイルに必要なファイル一式、それに可能であればDVIファイルを入稿してください。また、使用している処理系（uplatexなど）を備考欄にお書き添え頂けると助かります。

なお、入稿時にファイルをリネームしておりますので、お手数ですがTEX原稿をご入稿の際はZIPなどでアーカイブしてください。

PDF should be submitted. If you worry about PDF convertion, all files such as TeX file, stile files, images and DVI.
Please write your TeX environment in the comment box.
Note that all files should be zipped, then uploaded because the file name is renamed durling submission.

3. 作成環境・備考

使用したOS、Wordのバージョンを記入してください。
▶︎ Microsoft 365 で常に最新版をご利用の方は「365 Windows」「365 Mac」とだけご記入ください。
Microsoft Office 以外のアプリケーションを使用した場合は、アプリケーション名とバージョンを記入してください。
再入稿など、特記事項があれば記入してください。
Please enter the OS and MS-Word version you used. If you use other applications, please enter the application name and version.
If you always use the latest version of Microsoft 365, please just write “365 Windows” or “365 Mac”.

4. 送信
Submit

すべてよろしければ、Submit a manuscript ボタンを押してください。
転送終了画面に切り替わりましたら、転送は終了です。
うまく動作しない場合は、松枝印刷まで連絡してください。

Click the "Submit a manuscript" button for complete the submission.
Another screen will be shown after the submission.
